Show Information
The show this year will be held at Hamilton High School located at 1165 Eaton Ave Hamilton, OH 45013
The show is from 9am-3:30pm
Crafters/vendors are responsible for manning booths, collecting money and taxes from sales, and remitting tax money to the proper agency.
WIFI will be available to all crafters/vendors.
$2.00 admission fee is charged for adults
Food and beverages will be available and sold throughout the day.
ATM on site
Returning crafters/vendors from the 2023 will be offered same booth location unless specified.
Setup/Breakdown:
Setup will be:
Thursday October 12th from 5:30pm-8:30pm
Friday October 13th from 10am-4pm. Building must be cleared by 4:30pm this day
(Assistance unloading/loading these days will be provided.)
School doors will open at 6:30am on Saturday October. 15th for participants only.
No loading and unloading assistance will be provided the morning of Saturday October 15th.
All booths should be set up and ready to sell and welcome patrons by 8:45am on October 14.
Crafters/vendors may not leave early or break down their spots until the close of the show at 3:30pm.
All spots must be broken down by 5:30pm. Assistance from student athletes will be available for both setup and breakdown.
If you have signed up for electricity you MUST BRING YOUR OWN EXTENSION CORD/S (min 25ft recommended) and/or Power Strips.
